Founder & President
Kingslee Vinson
Kingslee Vinson is the Founder and President of Louisiana Early Start Alliance (LESA) and an early childhood educator passionate about expanding access to quality education, family support resources, and community advocacy throughout Louisiana. Through LESA, she is committed to helping children and families build strong foundations for lifelong success through community-centered programs, educational equity, and meaningful partnerships.

Denise Smith
Denise Smith serves as the Vice President of Louisiana Early Start Alliance (LESA), where she brings a strong passion for community outreach, mentorship, and family support. Her leadership and commitment to service help advance LESA’s mission of strengthening communities through education, advocacy, and early childhood support initiatives across Louisiana.
